Task

Most children and adults think that it is okay to go to any website and copy and paste pictures for their own use. By doing this, they are breaking copyright laws. As borrowers of someone else's photos, we need to make sure that they allow us to use their work. We can not just assume that they do not care if we use their pictures or not. We need to verify their permission. We can do this by using the Google advanced search feature when looking for appropriate photos.

In this Webquest, you will create a digital flipbook using the Web 2.0 tool, Zooburst, using only pictures that you have permission to use.

There are a few different types of usage rights, but we will only focus on one in this assignment:

Free to use or share: Your results will only include content that is either labeled as public domain or carry a license that allows you to copy or redistribute its content, as long as the content remains unchanged. You may use the photo, but you can not change it in any way.
